Jefferson Road Improvements
Decota was responsible for delineation of streams and wetlands, the Section 404 and 401 permitting, and NPDES permitting. The proposed project consists of widening Jefferson Road from two and three lanes to four and five lanes, constructing a bridge to span Kanawha Turnpike and the railroad crossing, and improving the intersection of Kanawha Turnpike and Jefferson Road (WV 601) with a roundabout in Kanawha County, West Virginia.
