Section 404/401 Permitting

Decota can prepare entire Clean Water Act, Section 404 and Section 401 permit application packages for approval by their respective regulatory authorities. As part of the Section 404/401 permit application process, we can conduct stream and wetland delineations in preparation of a jurisdictional determination, initiate consultation with stakeholders and government agencies, determine the impacts associated with a proposed project, as well as the WV SWVM credits required to offset those impacts, and coordinate the purchase of credits from a certified mitigation bank or from WVDEP’s In Lieu Fee Program.
