WV 10 Operational Improvements
Partnered with E.L. Robinson, Decota was responsible for delineation of streams and wetlands, and endangered species investigations. Decota assisted in the modification of construction plans to minimize impacts to environmental resources, Section 404/401 permitting, NPDES permitting, cultural resource concurrences, and Programmatic Categorical Exclusion documentation and NEPA compliance. This project will allow operational improvements including bridge repair/replacement, truck turnouts, curve improvements, and road widening on approximately 70 miles of WV 10 from the town of Man in Logan County to the community of Kegley in Mercer County.
