Decota is responsible for NPDES permitting and inspection, delineation of streams and wetlands, endangered species investigations, timber valuation, assisting in the modification of construction plans to minimize impacts to environmental resources, 401/404 permitting, and NEPA re-evaluations for changes to environmental aspects of the project.
