Permitting

Our permitting services include the completion of surface mine applications for new mine operations, renewals for existing mine operations, National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits, section 404 permit applications from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and section 401 permit applications from the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection (WVDEP).

Decota is DBE certified with the West Virginia Department of Transportation, Division of Highways (WVDOH) for Environmental Consulting Services within NAICS code 541620. We are also prequalified with WVDOH for compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and the Endangered Species Act (ESA).
