Valley Fill Assessment + Certification

Our valley fill assessment and certification procedures comply with regulations identified by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection (WVDEP) Division of Mining and Reclamation. Our staff will provide a certified report containing a statement that the fill is being constructed and maintained as designed in accordance with the approved plan. This report will be certified by a registered professional engineer on staff and be submitted within two weeks following completion of the inspections.
