For this project, Decota conducted a Phase I ESA and an Environmental Assessment (EA) and subsequent Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) on behalf of the City of Shepherdstown. The purpose of this EA was to identify and analyze the potential physical, environmental, cultural, and socioeconomic impacts associated with a water system improvements project to update the current water supply.
